Problems when updating a page
Hello,
Problems updating a page.
I'm trying to change the content on one of the pages of the website: https://www.drmolto.com/landings/aumento-de-pecho-gandia/
in particular in the page options section (Muffin Builder) and it won't let me change it.
When I click on update content, I get the following wordpress warning:

I have followed the manual theme update process as indicated in https://support.muffingroup.com/faq/how-to-update-betheme/#manualupdate.
However in doing so, several visibility problems have appeared: I can't see the menu of the web, I can't see the texts of the pages....
I had to restore as active theme version 11.0.
I attach some screenshots to illustrate the problems I encountered.
I am waiting for you to tell me how to solve it.

After updating the theme from that old version, you should resave the theme options and all of the pages.
The issues should disappear, if something will be wrong again, just tell me, we'll find the way to fix that.

Good afternoon, it seems that all pages are now showing well.
However I have a little problem that I am not able to solve.
I want the font size of the content on mobile devices to look bigger (20 px) and although I am changing the size, it does not seem to change.

I said earlier that all pages displayed fine. However, I have found some bugs:
There are some pages like for example https://www.drmolto.com/landings/aquapure-valencia/ where after updating the contents in the backend, they do not appear updated in the front end.
Also in other pages like https://www.drmolto.com/landings/hifu-facial-gandia/ the contents have been disorganized, and also after updating the contents in the backend, these do not appear updated in the front end.
I attach screenshots.
For this last one page https://www.drmolto.com/landings/hifu-facial-gandia/ I tried to edit with Be Builder and all the content has disappeared.
In short, I have problems with the following URLs.

Were you using the WPBakery for these sites only?
The code of that plugin could change a lot, we did not change anything but as I know, it was named "Visual Composer" then and he was very different than now.
1) The font on mobile only cannot be changed using the theme options - what we can suggest is to disable the decrease fonts option in Theme Options -> Fonts -> Style & Size
2) You will have to recover a backup of missing pages for sure, but before that please share with us your PHPINFO file. It's really necessary right now.

Your server configuration values are fine, it is surely not the source of the problem.
Were you using the WPBakery for all of the pages? If so, please resave the page with that builder.
For sure because of using that old version, some features of that builder could change, and if some content will not look the same or will be missing, they will have to be rebuilded.
