I created a customised header, but it looks completely different on the site.
Hi guys,
I created a customised header, but it looks completely different on the site.
I need to customise the header of the site.
I went to Admin==> Templates
I created a new header (set for the whole site).
I saved it, but when I go to the front end of the site, the header I created does not appear.
I don't understand what I'm doing wrong...
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
When you saved your header, did you assign conditions where it should be displayed?
Also, check our video tutorial about header creation to ensure that you have done all steps correctly.
Thanks
Hi,
at this link you can see a small demo video of what happens when I activate a customised header.

It seems to me that something is wrong. As you can see when saving the new header wordpress modifies the header set at the BeTheme options level, but puts one that has nothing to do with the one I created. In this case, I tried to use a header from among those proposed as preset, but as you can see the header displayed on the site has nothing to do with it.
Yes, I watched the suggested video before setting up my custom header.
Thanks
Daniele
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
If this will not help, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
