After shutting down under construction, the page does not load
Website was being updated and under construction option was included. now after disabling under construction option the page does not load properly. there is a white screen. Admin sees the page normally. https://petexpo.pl

It does not seem to be a Betheme issue because I have activated another theme, and the page was still blank.
Please, contact your server administrator, to check if you do not have any caching tools enabled on your server, and if they are, disable them.
Moreover, you can try to reinstall the WP on your website.
