I update memory limit to 1024 MB and BeBuilder start. But it works incorrect.

You have an SSL certificate misconfigured on your website.
Your website URL has https, but in the WP Panel Settings -> Reading, URLs are set to http, causing this issue.
When we tried to change the WP Address and Site Address, it created a loop of redirections.
When you fix your SSL, the issues will be gone. When you do that, please, let us know.
