  • But ajax side/popup cart look buggy in general, product appear and disappear after refresh of the page etc...

  • Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

    Thanks

  • It could be because of the caching used on the preview website.

When you import this demo everything will work fine.

    Best regards

  • Still an issue with a new mobile device, cart is empty on the home page on your demo.

  • But did you import this demo, and it is not working on your website?

If you still refer to the demo site, as I mentioned it could be due to caching we use for pre-built websites preview, and when you import this demo it will work fine.

    Best regards

  • It was bugged on my website without touch anything. This option from woo settings need to be check or uncheck ?

  • 1) If this happened on your website, please, ensure that you do not have any caching enabled on your server. If it is, disable it. If it is not, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

Please attach a link to this forum discussion.

    2) It depends on how you would like your website to work. If you have side cart and AJAX options disabled and want to redirect to the cart page after clicking on the Add to cart button, it should be checked. If you have the AJAX option enabled, it will not work, so it does not matter if you have redirection enabled. Also, when you have Side Cart enabled, it is always opened after clicking on the Add to cart button.

    Thanks
