Tablet vertical view sizing incorrectly

Hello,

The vertical tablet view of my website is inconsistently resized. The page titles are breaking in the middle of the word rather than sizing down (or even breaking at the end of the word), the contact form has words breaking instead of sizing down, images are not sizing down at all. https://21stcenturymining.com/

I've viewed several discussions where the instructions say to resize for tablet view in BeBuilder. My understanding is the tablet vertical view uses the desktop view while the horizontal table view uses the resized tablet view.

My question is: why did all my previous 5 websites using BeTheme resize down for vertical tablet view without my having to redesign for it every time? (images sized down, with a few minor exceptions typography sized down without words breaking mid-word). I'm trying to avoid having to redesign each page for tablet view. Is there a CSS that will size down the tablet view en masse? or a separate CSS for img and typography reduction for tablet only? Is there a CSS to keep words from breaking mid-word? Line breaking words are fine but mid-word breaks are awful.
