Featured images aren't visible on post page after import from old website

Hello, I exported all the posts data from my old website and imported it on the current one (which has betheme installed on it), but not a single featured images is visible. Also, I can't find any post image in media library (whether it is featured image or not). Please help me out on this.

    Can you tell me how did you export your posts, please?

    Also what extensions are you using for images?

    Hello this issue has been resolved. However there is a bug that I found, I have more than 700 images on my old website. I used Wordpress's export tool to export all the posts and media files. When I tried importing the content in new site using the XML file that I generated earlier, then after a few minutes, I saw a "Page not Found" error. In this case, the written part was imported successfully but only a few images were imported. If I try reloading this "Page not found" page, it imports a few more images and then again show the same error. For now, I have imported all the images by reloading and uploading the XML file again and again, but please fix this bug. Thanks
