Theme activation crashing wordpress

Hello there,

When I activate BeTheme it crashes wordpress site and says I have a critical error. I have tried deleting all plugins, deleting the theme & child then reinstalling, increasing settings in MultiPHP editor, using File Manager to remove everything – all to no avail. I've used this theme before without issue. The only mild difference is this time around I am installing a new paid for license on a subdomain. Can someone please assist?

    Hello,

    Is there any error message? Or you are able to contact your hosting provider and ask him about the logs?

    Also, did you update the WP to 6.1? There is a problem with the older versions of Be than the latest one from themeforest.

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back to me. I was able to overcome it today :-) I think it was an older version of Be I manually downloaded it all again and it's working without a hitch. I thought I'd tried everything but I hadn't thought of that. Thank you!
