Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Did you migrate your website recently? Because the search is pointing to the https://www.stemarshop.it/new not https://www.stemarshop.it/

All the files are in the directory "new", but the site url is https://www.stemarshop.it
Can you move the files out of the "new" directory?
Otherwise you will have to customize the URL inside the theme files to make it work, which includes installing the child theme to prevent losing files customizations while updating the theme.
