Cannot install pre-built themes
Hi, I own 20-30 of your themes and have been using it for a decade now! I have NEVER seen this!
When I choose ANY prebuilt theme it goes through the process of installing it and says succeeded except it didn't install anything but a few plugins, no pages, no content, no images, no slider, nothing! Ive tried every combination.
Brand new wordpress install, latest build of theme that I just downloaded 20 mins ago.
When I go back to that prebuilt theme to try to install it again it shows the 2 plugs that got installed but the other items in the list clearly haven't sintaflled yet.
I try again , (I've reset the database sometimes, sometimes not) it goes through each step super fast and its done in seconds, yet nothing installs.
Ive tries newer prebuilt and older ones, you name it, ive tried my server running php 8.0 and 7.4.
Each time I am choose the rebuilder and not element or as the prebuilt theme says it works for both.
I have never seen this ever before!! And its not timing out or giving an error, just flies through the steps and says its done.
IHAVE A SITE DUE AND THIS IS DESTROYING ME!!!!!!! This has to get fixed!!
Also out of the decade of using this and the MANY purchases and sites I run this on, it will NEVER UPDATE!!!! Always fails and says package couldn't be installed cause it is empty!!! This is way too expensive to act like this!!!!!

I started over and deregistered the theme on this site and deleted the old site and now it keeps telling me it won't let me register it.
It says Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: gardenofgoods.wpengine.com
Which I already did all of that. This is a disaster!
I logged in a deregistered the theme via your list of registrations I own and that worked. Now I can register the theme and now the prebuilt websites are installing properly
I still hate that you can NEVER successfully update your theme though.
So I installed a few prebuilt themes and I uploaded my own logo and it shows it in the theme settings/logo but it wont replace the prebuilt theme logo on the front end. Also when I change the header type it doesn't change, I have emptied caches and everything, its like there is another header from the prebuilt theme somewhere overriding my settings in the betheme theme settings
I found a custom header theme and deleted it and now its working.
