  Hi,

  This demo uses the header layout from the theme options, which can be changed there. It is not built in any builder.

  The footer is not built with any builder either, and its modification is described in the following video tutorials:

  If you want to use Elementor to build them, you will have to purchase the PRO version of this plugin, as the free one does not have a header and footer builder.
