Help!?!
Comments
Hi,
Please check the following video tutorial showing how to handle this problem:
https://support.muffingroup.com/video-tutorials/wordpress-6-1-update-issue/
Thanks
Overwriting the theme with a fresh download worked, thank you. However this has never occured with any theme in 10 years. How can I be assured it won't happen again? I have 7 clients using BeTheme.
The issue occurred after the WordPress update (6.1) because of the change that was made there, so we did not have much influence on that.
However, if you check our changelog, the fix for it was released the day after the WordPress update, so we can assure you that we react fast to such problems.
I can also guarantee you that we do our best to prevent such situations.
Best regards
I am still having THE problem with another BeTheme site. I've switched to the twentynineteen theme in the db, turned off all the plugins via FTP renames, FTP added a fresh download/upload of BeTheme. As soon as I activate the replacement BeTheme, I get critical error again on the backend.
I need a fast resolution - this is an ecommerce client in his high season!
Somewhat fortunately I managed to disable WP auto-updates on 4 other sites, but I'll need to struggle through this for them.
Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

I tried to put a new package on your website through the WP upload, but it showed a "The link you followed has expired" message.
I checked your server settings with the PHPINFO file, and they are too low.
Please, see the following article:
https://support.muffingroup.com/how-to/how-to-fix-the-link-you-followed-has-expired-error/
Follow the steps from there, try to update Betheme through the WP panel, and check if the problem persists. If this will not help, please, let me know.
Thanks
