Default Footer and Nav bar only appear on the frontpage, but no other pages

I am using BeTheme alongside Elementor Pro. On my frontpage and on another landing page, I am using the Wordpress editor, with a block that allows me to embed an Elementor template.
I have the exact same settings for both this frontpage and additional page. For the frontpage, the Nav bar and Footer that I defined in Theme Options appear as expected. (https://asoba.co). However, they do not appear at all for the second landing page (https://asoba.co/clean-energy-solutions)
Could you share with me how I can debug this?

Did you change the page template for the second landing page?
If yes, it might remove the Footer and Header from it.
Please, check if the same thing happens when you switch to the Default template.

When I switch to default template, one of my Elementor Pro templates is displayed instead (and still without nav bar or footer).
What information can I provide for someone on your team to look directly?
