  Hi,

  Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Extras, and check if you do not have the Top bar right set to Hide. If it is selected, change this setting to Show.

  Also I have deleting the cache and reduce the main menu tabs, but nothing happens.

  In the custom CSS section, you have code that hides it.
