    Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

    It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

    Hello Phil,


    I apologize, I was so nervous that I forgot hedschots etc.


    I did an update and suddenly the site options weren't there anymore, then I uploaded a backup from yesterday and everything was there again.

    But there was no header anymore, the background image doesn't seem to load and the site has no background color anymore. But everything is in the right place – I made screenshots. I already have a huge headache.


    I ask for help

    I don't understand this and I just sent it to google

    There you will find out why you have no spacings and background image, and how to handle it.


    And if you want us to check why theme options disappeared after the update, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
