Don´t have amount option on 1 language

Can choose how many products want to add to basket on 1st language: https://www.home7zones.eu/toode/korge-kraanikausi-segisti-kroom/ and on 2nd language https://www.home7zones.eu/en/toode/tall-sink-faucet-chrome/

but on 3rd language, don´t show + - options

Hi,
There is a CSS that overwrites the color of these buttons.

Please, turn off all of the plugins except WooCommerce and WPML, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Plugins and changing to parent theme didn´t helped. Can you tell css to change this element color?
