Lost all customization
a few days ago my client called to say her site looked funny. I went and saw the header was defaulted with betheme logo and all her fonts and colors for the header, menu and site pages were all wrong. I went in and started trying to fix it.. but I can't seem to figure it out... cant find what went wrong and every error I try to go fix, shows me something else I missed... where did my CSS go??? what happened!? Help!

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.

My screenshot is the original site... what it used to look like. What you see now is me quickly fixing a site that reverted to defaults.. the header had the betheme logo and the footer had the betheme footer and you can see the font is no longer custom. Basically, the customization disappeared. Just gone. No custom CSS anymore. Fonts reverted, settings reverted.
My fault for not backing up... yes... I wouldn't be here if I had a backup.
Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

I did not find anything in your dashboard indicating the root cause.
Did you contact your hosting provider if they are able to restore a backup before an update?

I would have restored it if I had an backup.
If you have contacted your hosting provider, and they confirm that they do not have a backup the only option now will be manually restoring all settings.

only on the front page.. but I can't get it to be that way on all the other pages and the subheader covers the page on some and not on others...
Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Header, and set the Height value to zero.

Thank you... that took care of that! Yay! But I still can't seem to have my subheader full screen on all of the pages.
In Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Subheader, please, try to use the following padding value:
If the image should also be in full width/full screen, please, use the Cover size for the Subheader background.
