Did you try importing this demo again? If not, please, do that.
If yes, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

SiteGround plugins cause it.
When I deactivated them the Header appears.
I will leave them inactive, so you can check that.
