Betheme Setup
I just bought betheme. I downloaded the file by clicking all files & documentation in the 1st photo.
As you can see here, there is no plugins file in the zip file. What should I do ?

The package does not contain plugins.
Plugins can be installed only through Betheme -> Plugins.

In the WP installation folders, please, go to /wp-contents/plugins folder, and check if you do not have a Slider Revolution folder existing there. If you have it there, remove this folder, and try to install this plugin again.
If you do not see it there please open the browser console while plugin installation, and check if you do not see any errors there.

there is no a Slider Revolution folder. i opened the browser console while plugin installation and i do not see any errors there.

Did you register the license key on your local host?
If not, please do that because the installation will not work without it.
If yes, deregister it, and register again.
If, even after that, the plugin will not install, open the browser console with XHR messages enabled before clicking the install button, open all of them in the Response tab, and send me a screenshot showing them.

You can see in the picture, if you look at the link, 3 catalog images and descriptions slide. I'm trying to do this with offer slider thumb. But I don't want thumbail to appear anywhere, while the description left side. I also want the picture to be larger, like the one on the website I sent you the link for.
1) To hide the thumbnails, you can use the following CSS code:
.offer_thumb .slider_pagination{ display: none; }Please put it in Page options -> Custom CSS field.
2) Set the Section where you used the Offer Slider to Full width.

To check that, I would have to inspect your website's source, but when it is on a local host, I cannot do that.
You can check if you do not have any inline CSS assigned to the logo.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

1) Use the following CSS code:
#Top_bar .menu li ul li{ width: 250px; }Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
2) Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Extras, and check the option to Hide the Top bar right.
3) Can you please send a link to the product with it?

Please, do not share your login credentials publicly on the forum, as others can see them.
Do you have minifying/caching tool enabled on your server?
If yes, please, disable it. It probably is called Litespeed, and check if the problem persists. If this will not help, keep it disabled because I need to check your website without it.
