Purchase code not working

I was trying to start a new project in developer mode so I used a purchase code for the second time. I thought since the website is not live that this will be possible but I got some errors when using this purchase code: ***
Is it possible to re-activate this license?

Please, do not share your license key on the forum, as others can see it.
If you are having issues with deregistering your license key, want to manage your license key, or, most importantly, want to deregister a website that has been removed without deregistering it first, head to this topic: https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

Hi Phil,
When I copy the Item Purchase Code and paste it in the tool that you're referring to in combination with my username. I can only find another (older) license. It looks like my other license is de-activated are something. Can you please help me with this?

If you do not have your license key displayed there, it means that the license is not used anywhere, and you should be able to register it in Betheme -> Dashboard.
Does it now work for you when you register it there?
What error messages do you get?
