Is it possible to show the content directly below the tab title?

this is how exactly tabs works. This is the standard look of tabs on mobile devices. If you want to get content under the tab on mobile devices, then you should use "Accordion" item instead http://muffingroup.com/dev8624/betheme/shortcodes/content-blocks#accordion
