There's no audio to my video and it loops. How to fix?

I have selected a video (from my Media Library) in the muffin builder video option. I do not want to upload the video to YouTube or Vimeo. The video autoplays and loops with NO sound! What must I do to get the video to NOT autoplay and to NOT loop?

if you talk about video which is under newsletter, then everything looks fine. This video got audio for sure.

Is there an example in your 100+ pages to see a video in a pop-up (or lightbox) so I can place an image and launch the video when clicked?

I look for a quick solution.

And in Firefox and Safari, the sound is muted by default. The visitor is forced to turn the volume on in order to hear the sound!

@RedTail This is unfortunately not possible.

@tschubarov We understand but these things are possible with youtube and vimeo videos only. To use image with popup video please use standard "Image" item but in "Zoomed image" field, paste url to youtube or vimeo videos.

Wait! What do you mean "not possible"? I simply want my video to force the visitor to click the play button to make it play with full audio. I do NOT want the video to play automatically when the page loads with muted sound. It is obviously possible.

@RedTail It's not possible because this item does not come with our theme. If you will send us private message with access we'll check what tool you use exactly for this item.

Muffin Builder comes, but the item you used is not a part of our builder. We understand what you mean very well but we need access to show you that this item is not a part of Muffin Builder.
