Be-Theme Template-Builder doesn't work

Hi Be-Team,

at the following domain, we installed BeTheme.

https://oberlandbowl.bad-toelz-capricorns.de

After installing (latest verrsion of WP and BeTheme) the Template-Builder is not shown and if i click on "Templates" in the Be-Theme-Dashboard, an error-message apears. (See attached screenshot.)

I allready deactivated all plugins – but the Template-Builder is still not accessable. What can i do?

    Hello,

    Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Advanced, and check if you do not have Templates disabled.

    If they are active, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
