Hi

I have been working with your theme for years and am now trying to use the BeBuilder.

When I try editing a section by clicking the pencil icon, the page jumps to the top, and all the teams are off now. As it stands, I can't even update anything on the site now.

Please let me know how to resolve this as I need to update my site.

As a side note, it took two images I had side by side, and put then underneath each other.

    Can you explain in more detail what is happening, please?

    It would be best if you record what is happening and put it on some video hosting service.

    These are my steps:


    1) login to WordPress

    2) View the web pages in the browser

    3) Navigate to the page I want, for example the home (welcome) page.

    4) in the black admin bar, I cl;ick the Be Edit with BeBuilder link (001.jpg)

    5) I try to edit one of the boxes, for example the one that says Kidds Co-op. Click the Edit (pencil) icon and instead of going into edit mode, I pop back up to the top of the screen.

    This happens for every page and everywhere on every page.

    I have provided dashboard access.

    However, I do not have FTP set up.

    One of your unsupported plugins causes this issue.

    I have disabled all plugins except the ones we support, and the builder works.

    To find out which one is the root cause, disable them one by one.

    It was the WP-Copyright-Protection plugin.
