Images decrease in quality when posting in blog area

I just tried posting some photos inside my blogs (not the top photo / hero photo). When do that the quality dramatically decreases when posting them there compared to when they are uploaded. Example page: https://www.bornleadership.com/quotes/ted-lasso-quotes/ or https://www.bornleadership.com/leadership-lessons/what-is-a-business-turnaround-examples-and-tips/

How can I be sure that the quality of these photos is acceptable?

    Hi,

    To change the size of the images used in the portfolio/blog, please navigate to theme options -> blog & portfolio -> featured image.

    Notice!

    Remember to use thumbnail regeneration after you make your changes. Otherwise, the images will not change their size.

    Thank you though its not the featured image, it is the images within the blog itself that have low quality yet I upload them as higher quality.

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
