Can you check the FTP credentials you sent? I tried to connect but without any success, it displays me as connected but it cannot retrieve the directories and files and after like 20-30s it gets me disconnected.
If possible, please send them once more, but test if they work for you.
The port was a problem, what an unusual port... after changing it to 55000 it connected correctly ?
The problem was with the Tagline of the website name, you probably copied it from somewhere with blank sign which was not correctly recognized by betheme.
Your website will work properly again.
We'll include the fix to secure that field in the next update.

The Credential are used for cPanel access and the FTP.
I requested Server Support to confirm that is the same for FTP.

login credentials are correct, you only need to choose SFTP and port 55000
