1) Can you explain in more detail what is not working in the menu? When I checked it, everything worked.
2) You can recreate these attribute swatches. Please, check the following video tutorial:

But if you want us to take a closer look at why they did not import, we will need your dashboard and FTP access, and we will have to import this demo again and reset your database (you will lose all pages, posts, etc.).
