Color background on menu

I am trying to change the background color on the menu bar and have the color go full width. Can someone direct me to the answer? Sample attached

Hi,

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Header, and change the Top bar Left background.

How do I get that bar to be full width. Appreciate the help

I have that checked already. I am attaching a new screen shot from staging server so you can see what I see. Trying to get the yellow to be full width.

Please, try the following CSS code:

#Top_bar .menu_wrapper{
   background-color: #e5c93a;
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
