Show categories as category bubbles rather than dropdown

Hello!

I want my categories on my blog page to show as category bubbles as seen in the picture below.

But the categories on my site are shown as a dropdown as seen in below picture.

How do I change this?

Also how can I get the post-footer to show like the picture below, with the post meta?

Hi,

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> Blog, and change the style to Photo 2.
