BeBuilder Failing To Connect Not Opening So The Theme Is Useless
I am getting an error that isnt allowing me to build any pages. The instance is hosted through WordPress. Find attached the screenshots of the system status page, and the error I am getting.
IF you can't fix this, can I please get a refund?

Sorry, but we do not support wordpress.com.
We support wordpress.org and self-hosted websites.
You should move your website from there.

I can't move my website. If I buy a wordpress theme for a wordpress site, you could assume it would support it... Can I have a refund?
