New loop Builder feature

The new loop builder feature sets up fine. I am using it for a portfolio loop. I have two categories on two loops. "web Design" and "Graphic Design" I update the site and it seems fine, but nearly every time I go back to the website it has dropped the category and is just showing the feature image of the website. This is not good and Il have to drop using this feature if not fixed

  • So these screenshots show how it should be the category is set to web (this is my websites from my portfolio) but several times now I have gone back to my website and it is displaying just the featured image from the portfolio page and the category is set to 'All' I will attach a screenshot when it does it again. Its really strange as there doesn't seem to be a reason why it changes

  • ok so it has done it again.

    So if I make ANY changes to the page. it wasn't even a change to either of the loop sections. click update and then view the page it changes to below. the image being displayed is the featured image from the portfolio page. I then have to go back into the page and reset the categories to web and graphics as when I do the update it is changing them to ALL.

  • It happen even after the duplicating the page.

    Can you update the theme to the latest version and check if it still happen?

    We do not update the theme for our clients because we are not sure if you do not have any customization of the theme in the code.

  • Please send us an FTP access too, we need that for deeper investigation.

  • Do you have any caching tools enabled on your server?

    If you are unsure about that, please, contact your server administrator, and ask about that. If it is enabled, please, disable it, and check if the problem persists.
