Please get in touch with your server administrator and report this issue.
As I mentioned in my previous message, it is a server configuration problem, and the server administrator should be able to help.
If the server administrator will not be able to help and says that it is theme related, we will need your WordPress dashboard, and FTP access to your website.
As I mentioned in my previous message, did you contact your server administrator regarding this problem? You should, especially, ask about the caching tools enabled on the server.
If you did not contact the server administrator, please, do that.

Hello,
Please share with us your PHPINFO file. It's really necessary right now.
If you do not know how to do it, please check this topic:
https://support.muffingroup.com/how-to/how-to-create-phpinfo-php-page/
Also do you have any caching plugins on your website, or caching tools enabled on your server?
Thanks
I can not access the FTP, because of a security issue.
Is there another way to help with this?
If it is not applied to all the pages, it seems the setting might be a problem.
But some pages are working fine, and some pages are not working.
What is the reason for it?
It seems to be a server configuration issue.
Please, check the following link, and try tips from there:
https://support.muffingroup.com/faq/why-muffin-builder-content-does-not-save/
Also, I recommend contacting the hosting provider to ask about this issue.
Best regards
I checked the system status, and everything is fine like the below screenshot.
But it is still not working well. Sometimes it changed by itself a few days later I saved the page.
I don't want to wait like this.
Please let me know how to do it.

It is not a situation that can contact our server administrator.
Is that only can fix this issue?
To sum up, everything shows that it is related to your server, so our hands are tied in that case.
Best regards
