How can I menu-link a section of a page to which I have assigned the id 'Proposals'?

I have placed a custom link in the menu, and inserted the following link:

Okay thank you, now it is clear to me.

If I am on that exact page, the link works.

But if I am in Home and I want to click on "Our Proposals" under "Services & Products" , it doesn't work.

How can I solve it?

Please add the whole URL before the section ID in the menu item.

So it should look like this:

https://next-generationpackaging.com/#proposte

and not like this:

#proposte
