Please, turn off all of the other plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

This is the secondary site (in English) to which I translated the site into Hebrew (using WPML). I should note that on the website in Hebrew, the builder works properly.
Are your offers still relevant? Won't this cancel the plugins on the Hebrew site as well?
I meant to disable all plugins except WPML to see if no infractions were coming from other plugins.

still not working. This also disables the plugins on the other language site that does work. Therefore, I did not understand what this recommendation is.
