Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

I tried doing that, but the Builder does not load... it now happened on two of the websites we have with BeTheme:

That is very sad.... Because both websites have the required PHP limits and etc...
I tried to update the theme, but it gives me an error of installation.
I use the parent theme on both sites
and when i want to go to the builder, it loads for a few minutes and shows me this:

Just asked the IT tem so send it. Also, it seems like I cannot update the theme. Hopefull you can fix the issue when we receive FTP access :)

Sent the details to the contact form.
You need to contact your server administrator and ask to change file permission, so the WP will be allowed to create files on your server.
Right now, BeBuilder cannot create file in your catalogs, which is necessary for it to work properly.

I am so sorry for the delay, but it is just now i received details. We cannot use BeBuilder at all... I installed/ re-installed the theme...
It just loads forever and I see this screen....
I sent the details for the contact to the FTP and to WordPress. Maybe you have an idea what can be happening here?
The theme is updated:
all themes are up to date + all datas are up to date:
and this website does not have that much content and it is not that heavy as other websites with betheme...

I have deactivated your plugins we do not support, and the BeBuilder worked properly.
Also, when I activated them back, it kept working.

Thank you so much!! Can I ask what plugin was vcausin issue for the future? Because we I use BeTheme regulary.
Sorry, I deactivated them all at once, so I cannot tell which was the root cause.
If this happens again, I suggest deactivating them individually to find the culprit.
