How to make mega menu resize responsively

Hi,

We have a mega menu like this:

Currently the situation is that everything is fixed by pixels and it's a predefined size. On larger resolution it appears small while on smaller screens it may not fit into screen. What is the correct way to make it resize both with texts and images when the site is scaled smaller?
