Inserting text box above menu item

We are using classic header for our site and our client has asked if we can place the company name in text above the menu items. Is this possible with some custom CSS?

It's the standard classic header with logo on the left and menu items to the right of it. We'd like to add the text above the menu items but keep alignment with the top of the logo if possible.

With custom css it is not possible. You must modify theme files to use additional text in header.

What is the cost to have this done by you just in case the client demands it?
