You mean Subheader, right?
Its color can be changed in Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Header.

I don't mean the color, I mean I want to change the total banner of subheader, please let me know how to do?

I have 3 subheader https://premaxchem.com/oilfield-additive/, https://premaxchem.com/personal-care-additive/, https://premaxchem.com/building-materials-additive/, I want each subheader has different banner, how can I do?
Did you check the video I sent you? If not, please do that.
In the page options, you can also set up a background for a regular Subheader.
