Image gallery not working

I want to use image galley element and it not showing any option to upload images.

I need to make albums on each topic. There is no option for that

    When you edit the gallery element, do you not see the browse button and an option to upload your media?

    1) Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

    2) To change the default WordPress gallery images' size, please go to settings -> media.

    Notice!

    Remember to use thumbnail regeneration after you make your changes. Otherwise, the images will not change their size.
