Can not see or edit page top (Slider) in admin – Everything up to date

Hi BeTheme,

I have a clone of a page with new license – edited all content, everything great.

But whatever I do I cannot see or edit slider on top of page, everything is up to date, incl WP.

I assume its the Revolution Slider.

This is the first time I am working in the BeTheme (someone else build the page) but I am quite hands on with CMS systems, searched everywhere. Please help / advise what to do.

    Your website does not have Betheme up-to-date, and I suggest updating it.

    However, back to your question, this website has Slider Revolution installed, and there is one slider created. However, it is not chosen anywhere. You can assign it in the page options.

    What you see at the top of your home page at the moment is made with BeBuilder Blocks.


    PS. We are Polish, but we provide the forum in English, so it is easier for people who have similar problems to search and find answers. I hope you understand. ?

    PS2. I quite do not understand what you mean on this point from a private message. Can you expand on what exactly expect, please?

    Hi Support,

    by doing the above I managed to delete/hide the created slider and open up the "default template" setup.

    Is there a way to get the one created earlier back?

    PS. All clear.

    PS2. Pay for development and customization of templates for my projects/clients.

    Hi again, I managed to get back the previous slider / top of page.

    But I still can not find anywhere where to edit the content, ie. change images ect.

    Regarding your question about the customization of templates for your projects, we do not offer such a service, but you can ask on our FB group, and I am sure that you will find there Betheme experts willing to help you.
