Nothing from the back end show up in the front end

Hi,

Since i migrated to siteground my website has been a little strange. I have fixed most of the issues but just this one keeps coming back.

I have contacted siteground and they have looked at everything possible from their end.

We have done the following.

Disabeling all the plugins

Clear all the caches and do everything possible with the cache

i checked the http: vs the https: this is already correct

i updated the theme

i tried saving and opening the page

the style.php is not restricted and has the right permissions.

I regenerated CSS files, purged the cache, and now styles are assigned properly.
