I wanted you to answer the first topic you created.

However, did you perform any changes in your child theme?

Where did you upload your custom font, and where did you choose it? In Theme options or with custom CSS?

The only thing I noticed is that your font did not had name.

I assigned a name to it, created a page (BeSupport test page) with a heading and your font assigned to it, activated the child theme, and everything worked properly.
