Fatal error when editing Header

When I want to start modifying my header I get a Fatal error. Anyone know how to fix this?

  • Hi,

Do you edit your header with the Header Builder?

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

    Thanks

  • Hi,

    Thanks for your message.

unfortunately it doesn't help. I do edit my header with the header builder.

I still get the error after turning off all the plugins en refreshing my cache.

  • Is there a way you can look in to it?

  • Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

  • And another thing that is strange. When I click on templates in the dashboard under betheme, I get a wordpress error message.

  • Or could it possibly be due to elementor's plugins?

  • If you disabled them, and it did not help, I do not thing that they could be the root cause.

However, we didn't get any private message from you yet.

  • I sended an e-mail again.

  • In Theme options, you had templates deactivated.

I have activated it, and now you can access Header Template.

Moreover, one of your plugins interferes with Header Builder. When I disabled all unsupported plugins, I was able to access the header template properly.

    Best regards
