Want to move the Global section 'beagency8-section-opinions-body' from the bottom of the page upward above the sections.
See attached video clip: when trying to edit the section, it redirects to 'Post' page.
Any guidance is appreciated.

Hi,
When you hover over a global section right above the pencil icon, there is an icon for dragging.
It might be hard to notice in Modern builder navigation. I will pass it on to the dev team to make it more visible.

I tried that and you can see in the attached video that it does not show.
Please advise.
You need to move it on the page, not in the template.
In the Global section template you cannot set up its position on the page.
