  Hi,

  I passed this on to the dev team.

  For now, please use the following CSS code:

  @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { 
  html .menuo-arrows:not(.keyboard-support) #Top_bar .menu > li.submenu > a:not(.menu-toggle)::after{
     display: none!important;
  }
  }
  

  Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.

  Why i was sure that there was an option somowhere? where i can select which symbol to use instead of the plus sign?

  There is only an option to activate arrows for menu items with a submenu in Betheme -> Theme options -> Menu & Action bar -> Menu, but there is no option to change the symbol.
