New builder doesn't work- can't save updates, can't change options and disable builder

Hi, with the new builder I'm facing a lot of issues. I can't save pages, and even disable the builder itself.

Everything in system status looks ok, the only problem is with PHP Max Input Vars, but I don't think this is the main issue that doesn't allow to update pages.

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

    But, I mean, I need this plugin, is not so easy to switch to another... How can I do?

  • Hei there, I really need to know how to downgrade the theme to a former version.

    The Builder simply doesn't work, I'm wasting hours also for the simplest updates... I've already read your "tips" and seen your video, but the new builder sucks! I can't waist my time in this way!

  • You can downgrade Betheme only by using a backup of your website. If you did not prepare any, you can ask your hosting provider about it.

    Can you also explain what is not working, please? Saying that it "sucks" is not a really polite way to communicate, and does not say anything.

    If you be so kind as to give some examples of what is not functioning for you, I will gladly tell you what you could be doing wrong and how to navigate, or I will just simply pass incorrect behavior or suggested improvements to the dev team.


    Also, what I noticed is that you do not have the newest version of Betheme installed. The newest version is 27.0.9, and in 27.0.8, we fixed a problem with Polylang.

  • Sorry, but it is really frustrating.

    I can't save me updates. I write and write and write, and everything I changed isn't' saved. For several times.

    I also turn off every plugin, I tried with different browsers, I cleaned chashes, but it is useless. Some times the system takes my changes, but it is seldom. I'm really spending hours for every updates.
