BeBuilder Not Displaying Images Properly On Mobile

We've noticed it appears that BeBuilder is causing the images not to get displayed on mobile devices. When we try a different visual builder the images display correctly. So we're wondering if you're aware of such an issue and if you can have a way to resolve it.

NOTE:

We purchased the theme in 2020 and the site is using license code [removed by moderator]

The support had expired and I went ahead and paid for a new copy of the theme which has the purchase code of [removed by moderator]

I have not assigned or registered the theme for purchase code [removed by moderator]. I did this just to receive access to the support forum and to be able to contact you.

    Can you attach a screenshot showing what you refer to, please?

    I can see images on the mobile view of your website.

    Also, please do not publicly share your license key on the forum, as others can see it.

  • Here are the screen shots...


    • The captions are not associated with their images like they are on the web version
    • When I click on the 3 red bars I just get a blank. No access to critical product info pages such as wood types etc.


  • Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

    If this will not help, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.
