Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

It persists.
Also, once I select the page https://nexusinnovators.com/innovators/ from the menu.. the site becomes inactive.. meaning the page won't refresh, and the menu isn't selectable.
I'm not using the child theme though it is installed.
I proactively posted the site's credentials; please take a test drive and let me know your thoughts.
The link you put in one of your buttons caused this issue.
After I cleared this field, it started working correctly.
You can restore the last revision to see how it looked before.
