Hi,
I need to edit my header but I don't have access to it?
Please help!
Thanks
Megan
If you use the header from theme options, you can find options for it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Header.
If you use Header Builder, you need to edit the header template.

I am actually running into the same issue.
The first mentioned option is not really an option as it doesn't solve anything besides you telling us where to look.. but for what?
There are not settings that can be changed to solve the issue.
Neither can the header be changed when switching to Elementor instead of BeBuilder.
I am neither using the header builder, not sure about the Ticket Starter.
If I need to create a separate ticket, for this issue, I am more than happy to do so.

Mentions something about an update coming up? When will this be released as it seems more people are running into the same issue?
Hi Phil,
As Shawlong has said this isn't a solution for me. We still can't access settings to make any changes to exisiting headers.
I would actually like to just remove header from pages but I can't even do that.
Are there any other solutions?
Can we acces the header via; Wordpress - Appearance - Theme File editor?
And if so, which file? I have been looking for a while but unfortunately I have not been able to find it.
1) Please see the following video tutorial:
https://support.muffingroup.com/video-tutorials/how-to-set-up-header-in-betheme/
There you will find details about the header.
2) If you use a pencil icon mentioned in the topic you attached the link to:
It will lead to the location I mentioned at the beginning (Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Header).
The update will correct the link for this icon, so it will lead to this location if the header is taken from the theme option.
3) Hi @mfearon91,
If you want to remove the header from your pages, you need to enable the blank template in the page options.
