Error with menu on mobile and tablet view

Can u check why is not working the menu on mobile or tablet view?

We have a main menu set for that button but is not opening at touch.

    I remember that everything worked very good before to update your betheme to 27.1.1


    But i m not sure 100% that this is the problem that cause the error.

    Hello,

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

    I did it, i turned off all the plugins and still can t use the menu on mobile or tablet.

    I ll keep the plugins off, so u can check it by yourself.

    I think the problem appeared after the 27.1.1 update because ur team blocked the header and footer section in the BeCostum dashboard.

    FYI BeCustom is a plugin for rebranding Be and WP dashboards. What you refer to is Theme options, and Header and Footer options are blocked only when you use Header and Footer Builder.

    Hello, i fixed the problem.


    I deleted the menu burger section and i added againg.


    Everything is working fine now!
